| As we are an internet only site and are constantly adding new products, we feel a printed catalogue would quickly become out of date. So for this reason we do not offer a catalogue. You can always see our full range of products on this website.|

| We aim to despatch all stock items within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed from midday Friday to Sunday, as these orders will be sent on Monday. All orders are sent by La Poste and Colissimo.|

| Yes you can, as long as you first inform us by email that you wish to do so and the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase, un-opened, unused and in its original packaging and condition. Once we receive it and we are happy these conditions have been met, we will issue you with a refund for the returned item, but not for any return postage costs ncurred by you.
